One of the questions that are still intriguing people, is “What can be the Apple iPhone 5 price in Pakistan?”. After finally being announced on 12th September 2012 after such a long wait, people are just dying to get their hands on this phone. After all the speculation and rumors that have been around from the start of 2012, this phone really does answer the prayers of millions of Apple fans around the globe and all of its competitors as well. There are two major aspects of this phone that people do need understand before going for it. First of all, they guys at apple have focused more on the software including the usability and user friendliness of the phone rather than going for advanced hardware configurations. The second thing about this phone is its highly stylish yet human based design that makes this phone a class of its own. Still, it is a mix to two extremes because where are there are many positive aspects of this phone, there are a few negative elements of this phone that cannot be set aside.Looking at the specs sheet, most of the people fail to realize what actually this phone must be worth. It is lighter than most of the hottest phones around merely being 112 g while Galaxy SIII stands at 133 g and Apple iPhone 4S weigh 140 g. Another aspect that cannot be ignored at any cost is that it is way thinner, 7.6 mm when Apple 4S was 9.3 mm thick, Galaxy S III is 8.6 mm and HTC One X stands at 8.9 mm, which makes it easy to get hold of and use. Body design must’ve been a primary matter of interest for its designers and for this reason, when most of the smartphones that are coming out have bigger screen sizes (4.3 or 4.5 inches), Apple has a simple yet ravishing 4-inch screen. It is a nice little capacitive backlit TFT touchscreen giving around 640 x 1136 pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass and Apple oleophobic coatings.

Like all of the Apple products, this phone does not come with external card slot, so the buyer has the option of choosing from 16, 32 or 64 GB built in storages. Apple iPhone 5 came with a good set of surprises as well, one of them was its new A6 processor, which is much smaller in size, better in speed and draws lesser battery than the previous processors from Apple. The operating system is however what was expected, iOS 6, which was introduced a few months back. Other impressive features include Apple’s hallmark Siri natural language support, iCloud service and iBooks reader. Compared to most of the smartphones around, this phone gives an amazing battery backup going around 8 hours to talktime or 10 hours of music play or 225 hours of standby time.

The downsides of the phone are equally there. First of all, compared to most of the latest smartphones around, its display is not that impressive. Then, it is not understandable why Apple keeps limiting the storage capacity when people want more space to keep all of their favorite music, videos and important files with them. The camera is also nothing fancy compared to the results, Nokia Lumia 920 seems to be a far better option than this one. Then again, it is completely childish for Apple to make phones, which only support nano-sim when most of the telecom carriers are not delivering such services, especially in the international markets. Then the price factor is way overboard. Even the lowest Apple iPhone 5 price in Pakistan is much more than that of Samsung Galaxy S3 or HTC One X, which is of course, not cool. Yes, the phone is reliable and a symbol of status but when it comes to performance and delivering more than what people expect from it, Apple iPhone 5 does not impress.
