Sony Ericsson W200 Price in Pakistan

This phone was sent for retailing somewhere mid of 2007 and since then it has seen an unabated demand. There are two editions of this phone, one for American buyers and another for the Chinese market. American edition operates on GSM 850/1800/1900 frequencies with its Chinese counterpart supporting the same. As W200 is a cheap walkman series phone, it would be unfair to expect mind-blowing features from it.

Coming to the appearance and features, it is slim and small set with dimensions measuring 101x44x18mm, weighing 85 grams. The small size and low weight make Sony Ericsson W200 perfect phone for the beginners who love music but don’t want to carry heavy phones. The display type of this phone is UBC and supports 65k colors. Although, the display size of 1.8 inches is little below average preference, still, it does a pretty job for the facilities it provides to its users. Other notable features in Sony Ericsson are VGA camera, browser, organizer, calculator, organizer and alarm clock.

As the Walkman series is meant to furnish to the needs of music enthusiasts, this phone does the same with utmost perfection. It has an easy to customize music player integrated with a dedicated Walkman key on the left side of the phone to access music player with a single press. The internal user storage memory of the phone is 27MB but it can be upgraded up to 2GB with M2 card.

Critics might question the fact that this phone only supports 2GB card, which to somewhat not sufficient for a walkman phone. In addition, the features it offers are minimalistic. The claim goes void when compared to other phones in terms of price. However, there are two aspects where this phone does fail to deliver. First, is the low battery timing it provides and secondly, the joystick that fails to life a life. In most cases, the joystick is not reliable and fades in performance over time.

Still, it does cater well to everyday needs of a music addict in lieu of a very tempting price. A good low cost all rounder indeed.
